Draft policy for the pre-launch MVP. Operator identity, jurisdiction and final commercial terms must be completed before live sales.
Service and ordering
We offer a single Linux Cloud VPS configuration for a one-month rental period. Availability must be confirmed. A submitted order and transaction hash do not establish successful payment or activation. Activation follows manual payment verification and provisioning.
Pricing and payment
Public prices are in USD. Your invoice records the USD price, USDT payment rule, network, wallet and expiry. Existing invoice amounts remain fixed. Use only the specified token, address and network. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible.
Term and renewal
The paid rental period starts when the VPS is marked Active. Renewal is manual and requires a new quote; no automatic billing is enabled. Contact support before expiry to arrange continuity. Keep independent backups.
Acceptable use and suspension
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. Abusive or unlawful use may lead to suspension. Contact support to resolve suspected abuse or a suspension.
Availability and responsibility
No uptime percentage, guaranteed network throughput or provisioning deadline is promised in this MVP. You are responsible for your applications, credentials, security updates and backups. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Operator details and disputes
Legal operator name, postal address, governing law and dispute procedure are pending. Ordering must stay disabled until these are completed and the terms have been reviewed for the operating jurisdiction.
